I made these on a whim & they came out really fantastic. There isn’t a real recipe as I just added all the ingredients of the marinade into a ziplock with the chicken.
– 6 chicken thighs (cut into kabob sized pieces)
– 3 TBSP harissa
– a glug of olive oil
– 3 garlic cloves smashed
I made a kale/chickpea/whole wheat couscous salad with grilled tomatoes & cauliflower. I seasoned the salad with olive oil & fresh lemon juice.
It was really really good.
